The TBs are founding members Réjean Ricard (vocals/guitar) and Jacques Dubois (drums/vocals). In 2000, they independently released Nine Songs which was later picked up by New York psych pop label Rainbow Quartz who re-released Nine Songs as Introducing in 2001. They released three more albums with RQ, 2004 Songs from a Second Wave, 2008 Breakfast in Suburbia and 2010 Wow & Flutter. Their current lineup features longtime members Russ Kroeker on bass and Rob Pachol on guitar.
