Let Lowns

Let Lowns formed out of Brendan Reed and Victoria Morrison’s mutual appreciation for lo-fi indie and art-rock bands like Unwound, the Van Pelt, Indian Summer, Fugazi, and Sleater-Kinney. Their initial goal had been to cultivate a mellow, jazzy feel, but their sound always came out explosive somehow, with fiery drums and dissonant yet jangly lead guitar lines and sparse vocals.
