Kyle Bobby Dunn

Kyle Bobby Dunn sort of started in Calgary, Alberta, but has seen many different configurations and places of residence over the years, including North Carolina, Belleville, Ontario, and Brooklyn, NY. Now based in Montreal, Dunn has primarily been composing and performing long emotive suites for electric guitar and processors since 2014 with the mammoth album Kyle Bobby Dunn & The Infinite Sadness. His work invokes a deep cinematic and emotional element that The New York Times once called “dark, shadowy and indistinct at its core, surrounded by an iridescent glow. The effect is mysterious, hypnotic and deeply affecting.”
