Called “amazingly charming” by Canadian icon Don Ross, The Jessica Stuart Few is one of Canada’s hottest new sounds in eclectic indie folk. Joni Mitchell-esque lyrics with heavy grooves on Japanese koto (13-stringed harp), guitar, bass & drums, the mix is unconventional yet somehow obvious, reminiscent of Joanna Newsom with the indie-jazz sensibility of Stereolab.
