Holeeeee….! Can you believe Day 4 is upon us already? It’s been an incredible whirlwind of a musical weekend so far, and it’s hard to fathom we’re in the home stretch already. Thanks to everyone who has played, projected and participated at #WL14 so far.
Today we have two shows – at 3pm at Sonic Boom Music (Bathurst & Bloor location), we’re hosting an event called “The Toronto Music Moment,” featuring a panel-style talk on where the Toronto music scene is headed, plus live performances by Ark Analog, Mexican Slang and Evelyn Mukwedeya & Memory Makuri. This show is FREE, All Ages and it will kick off promptly at 3:00 PM, wrapping up by 6:00 PM. Then, we’re heading down the street to The Garrison (1197 Dundas St. W.) for our final night-time blowout, with sets by Halifax’s Cousins, Toronto’s Greys, Edmonton’s The Wet Secrets, Toronto’s Lido Pimienta and Guelph’s Elaquent. Doors are at 8:00 PM, tickets are $15 at the door – and get there early, as our pre-Family Day Sunday night jam always gets packed.
